What is the delivery time?

Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 3 business days
Elsewhere in Canada: 3 to 6 business days

I didn’t receive my order confirmation or tracking number. What should I do?

Check your junk/spam email folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll
be happy to resend it to you.

Who do you ship with?

We do not use Canada Post. We ship with reliable courrier services such as:

Canpar, GLS, UPS, Purolator and ICS.

Is a signature required for delivery?

No, no signature is required.

Do I need to be present to receive the package?

No. The package will be left at your door.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship everywhere in Canada.

Are packages delivered on weekends?

No, deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Orders received on Friday after 2:00 p.m.
will be shipped on Monday.

How can I return a purchase?

Returns are accepted if:

- The product is new and in its original packaging
